Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to AppHunter, including the public marketing site, checkout flows, and paid dashboard (collectively, the Service). By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Service operator and contact

Eligibility and account responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
- You may not share login credentials or resell account access.
Platform scope and decision responsibility
AppHunter provides snapshot-driven market intelligence. Ratings, opportunity scores, trend summaries, monetization estimates, and build recommendations are directional decision-support outputs and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You remain solely responsible for your business, financial, product, and legal decisions.
Pricing and billing
- The current public offer is AppHunter access for $49 (USD) per account.
- This is currently a one-time payment offer and does not include a free trial.
- The specific offer and price shown at checkout at time of purchase control if they differ from marketing text.
- A purchase grants access to the Service under these Terms. Purchase does not create a perpetual availability guarantee.
- We may change future pricing, packaging, or plan structure at any time.
- Fees are charged through our billing provider. You authorize us and our payment processor to collect the applicable amount.
- You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or similar governmental charges.
- Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may result in suspension of access.
Refunds and chargebacks
Full refunds are available within 14 days from first payment. Request refunds at support@apphunter.ai from your account email and include purchase details. Initiating a chargeback before contacting support may suspend access while the dispute is reviewed.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential service functions such as authentication, security, checkout integrity, abuse prevention, and keeping the platform reliable. We currently do not run third-party advertising cookies on AppHunter. Because our cookie use is currently limited to essential and service-operation purposes, AppHunter does not use a standalone cookie consent button. If non-essential tracking is introduced in the future, we will update our policies and implement consent choices where required by law.
License and intellectual property
- Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business use.
- AppHunter and its content, software, design, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reverse engineer, frame, mirror, scrape, bulk-export, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or its outputs without written permission.
Acceptable use restrictions
- Do not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, service disruption, or security testing without permission.
- Do not upload malware, automated abuse traffic, or content intended to degrade the Service.
- Do not remove attribution, legal notices, or technical safeguards.
Third-party content and public data
The Service may display third-party trademarks, app names, public handles, and public performance signals for identification and comparative analysis. We are not affiliated with those third parties unless expressly stated. If you believe specific content should be removed or corrected, contact hi@apphunter.ai with details and we will review.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, pricing, or plan structure at any time. We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose a security or abuse risk, fail to pay fees when due, or if continued service would create legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. APPHUNTER DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL, TAX, INVESTMENT, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPHUNTER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO APPHUNTER IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AppHunter harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.
Governing law and dispute venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Slovenia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date above and may require re-acceptance for material changes.
