Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the AppHunter website and dashboard (the Service). By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the Service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service (directional intelligence)
AppHunter provides decision-support intelligence based on precomputed market snapshots. Output, estimates, and scoring (including MRR ranges) are directional and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use the Service and for your business decisions.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it when needed.
Purchases, lifetime access, and refunds
- Access is sold as a one-time purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Lifetime access means access for as long as AppHunter continues operating and making the Service generally available.
- Refunds: We offer a 14-day refund window for first-time purchases. Request a refund by emailing support@apphunter.ai from the account email used to purchase.
- Chargebacks may result in suspension of access while the dispute is investigated, to prevent abuse and protect platform integrity.
License and restrictions
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls.
- Do not resell, license, or redistribute platform output or exports without written permission.
- Do not share accounts or access credentials with others.
Third-party content and public data
The Service may reference third-party names, trademarks, app listings, and publicly available creator handles and public metrics for identification and analysis. We are not affiliated with those third parties. If you believe content should be removed, contact legal@apphunter.ai with details and we will review.
Availability and changes
We may update or modify the Service, including features and pricing, to improve quality or comply with legal requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we need to protect the Service and other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPHUNTER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO APPHUNTER FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $49 IF YOU PAID A ONE-TIME $49 FEE).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AppHunter harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.
Dispute resolution (arbitration + class-action waiver)
You and AppHunter agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, except for claims that can be brought in small claims court. Disputes will be conducted only on an individual basis, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and will take place in California, unless you and AppHunter agree otherwise.
Opt-out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing legal@apphunter.ai from your account email with the subject line Arbitration Opt-Out and a clear statement that you opt out.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date above and may require re-acceptance for material changes.
